We are open AND IT IS Business as usual!!!!

What this means for you:

  • We can now see ALL clients for face to face appointments

  • We have a COVID plan in place

  • Tele Health Appointmens are still available for those clients who still prefer to use this type of service.

  •  Remote hearing aid adjustments and programming can be done with newer hearing aids (model dependant)

  • Home and Nursing Home visits available for ALL hearing needs and matters. However, hearing aids can be repaired by a drop-off pick up arrangement if you still prefer!

  • Please call ahead if you are experiencing issues with your aids as we maybe able to assist you over the phone

  • Batteries and cleaning accesories can still be sent out via post or call ahead to pick up from the clinic and we can arrange to have them ready for collection so you don't need to come into the clinic

  • Our clinic hours have changed back to:

    9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday
